- Replacement of all standard bearings

- Replace standard seals for all axes and casing cover gaskets
- Replace all oil fillings, standard bearings and eccentric
- Inspect gears, motors and brakes
- Inspect wiring harness, hose package and connecting plate
- Completely disassemble robot from axis 1 to 4 and clean all parts, if necessary paint casing
- Seal axis 1 to 4 including pressure test and fill oil
- Reassemble robot and adjust gear backlash (axis 1 to 4)
- Perform a detailed inspection of the worm gears (axis 5 and 6) and the bevel gear (axis 6)
- Completely disassemble wrist and clean all parts, if necessary paint casing
- Seal wrist, reassemble, adjust gears, perform pressure test and check torque
- 24-hour test run at nominal speed with nominal load
- Finish robot, calibrate and create necessary files

- Replace all seals and gaskets

- Seal axis 1/2 including pressure test and fill oil
- Replace bearings in the intermediate drive
- Inspect the wiring harness and ball spline in detail
- Assemble and adjust the tension of the timing belts

- Finish robot, calibrate and create necessary files

- Inspect all motors, brakes and position measuring systems
- Completely disassemble robots from axis 1 to 4
- Inspect all parts, clean and paint if necessary
- Seal and replace bearings axis 1/2
- Clean and adjust encoder, where possible
- Inspect the wiring harness and quill in detail
- Reassemble and adjust drive belt axis 2
- Inspect and clean the bellows
- Clean and adjust the brakes and the encoder drives axis 1/2
- Finish robot and calibrate
- 24-hour test run at nominal speed with nominal load
Repair package for Stäubli robot controls for CS7, CS7B, CS8 and CS8C series robots
- Replace the data medium (not SCSI) and the battery/batteries for the DAPS or RPT board (if present)
- Create a complete backup and copy on storage media according to customer specifications (floppy disk, USB flash drive, CD)
- Clean, remove dust and/or oil from all parts; tighten all cables
- Replace all fans and visually inspect all controller components
- Seal all controller openings, replace seals if necessary
- Inspect controls and signal lamps, replace if necessary
- Tighten or adjust door hinges and locks (if present)
- Return the controller to its original/delivery condition (if desired)
- Test all emergency stop circuits
- 24-hour test run at nominal speed with nominal load
